About the Program

The program is not one-size fits all. During your zero-obligation consultation, your coach will determine your level based on your history and current activity level. They will also determine your frequency of training based on your current lifestyle and the urgency of your goals.

Your program will be built out on an app that will allow you to watch videos of exercises and ask questions directly of your coach. Programs also involve virtual check-in calls with your coach. Your coach will monitor your progress and continue to build out your program over time based on your goals and progress.

For clients who desire a more guided approach, virtual training sessions are a great way to get the feel for the workouts before embarking on your journey more independently.

FAQs

What equipment do I need access to? Do I need a gym membership?

Depending on your equipment access, your program will be tailored to your specific gym or home gym environment. If you have no equipment or no access to a gym, we can still work with you. But please note that, based on your current situation and goals, your coach may recommend a time frame to acquire access to a gym. If building a home gym is your thing, we can definitely help you with those equipment recommendations as well!

What type of time commitment does the program require?

Most people inside the program train between 2-3 days per week in the gym and see great results. The main reason for the free consultation is so that you and your coach can discuss your schedule together and make sure it fits easily into your busy schedule. Your training frequency can be adjusted at any time based on what you want and need.

How soon will I see results?

Results depend on your IMPLEMENTATION of your program. Assuming you’re staying consistent with your weekly action items, we expect you to start seeing results in just a few weeks. Depending on your goals, our best clients will see full on transformations within 8-12 weeks.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your level of access, current situation, commitment and goals. One of the things you can do if you’re interested in learning more is to fill out an application to get scheduled for your FREE, no obligation consultation to see if you’re a good fit for the program. We only work with clients who are serious about getting results and making a positive change in their life. If you’re shopping for a cheap, one-size-fits-all program that you can most likely find for free on YouTube, this most likely is not the right fit for you.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No, you’re not locked into a contract. But we do have a 14 day cancellation policy on any monthly payments you sign up for because each subsequent phase of your program is built out in advance based on your progress in the previous phase so that you see continuous results
